A new dance craze is sweeping the nation. Professional football players, Gen Z TikTokkers, and even supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris are busting out the "Trump Shuffle," the president-elect's signature fist-pumping move to the Village People's gay anthem, "YMCA." With Democrats despondent and in disarray, Axios reports that secret, blue state MAGA voters are coming out of the closet, "donning MAGA hats in cafes, celebrating on social media, and flying Trump flags" in previously hostile territory. The New York Times White House correspondent Peter Baker observes, "This is Trump's America."

The good cheer extended to President Joe Biden, last week, when he warmly welcomed his successor back to the White House. With a handshake and a wide grin, Biden congratulated Trump for his victory over Harris, confounding Democrats still reeling from the election results. Observing the chummy, fireside photo-op, popular radio show host Charlamagne tha God asks, "I just don’t understand the White House visit... what happened to the 'threat of democracy' talk? What happened to the 'fascist' talk? [H]ow do you go from, 'He’s an existential threat to democracy,' to, 'Welcome back?'"

The ladies of ABC's "The View" refuse to reassess their opposition. Despite Trump's popular vote victory, co-host Anna Navarro, declares, "I will never sit down with [Trump], and I don’t think I’m gonna have to make that decision because I don’t think I’ll ever get invited."
